Benefits of Yin Yoga
In Yin Yoga you hold poses for a longer period of time (3-8 minutes in general) to regain flexibility. These gentle stretches are beneficial for the whole body. Here are some benefits of Yin Yoga:

Only when we sit still, breathe consciously, meditate and observe what is going on in the moment, can we truly move forward from a place of clarity.
